Electronic Submission

Claims are submitted electronically to the manufacturer through the appropriate warranty portal — Nissan, Ford, GM, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Chrysler, Infiniti, or Acura.

Tracking & Follow-Up

We monitor every submitted claim through to payment. Pending, held, or rejected claims are flagged immediately and actioned — nothing falls through the cracks.

All key personnel — Service Manager, Fixed Ops Director, Controller — receive regular status updates on outstanding receivables. Full visibility, no chasing.
